The All Hands event celebration took place at Scholz Garten, a beer garden and restaurant in Austin that’s been around since the 1800s and is Austin’s oldest operating business.
Before dinner, employees participated in a game where they guessed which baby photo belongs to which staff member.
Team members capture the moment.
Patrick Cunanan gets ready to announce the 2016 Fall Hackathon winners, an event where employees learn new skills, build new things, and collaborate with teammates.
Team “Lunchmeat” took home gold for the Hackathon, lead by April Neal, Katie Childress and Michael Sluyter. The project proposed Lunchmeat, a way to have lunch with someone random, giving preference to outside team members.
WP Engine’s annual lip-sync battle did not disappoint!
Alex Musgrove won the lip-synch competition with his crowd-pleasing rendition of “Super Bass” by Nicki Minaj.
