Brisbane’s Airtrain opened in 2001 as a convenient option for travellers trying to get to their last stop after arriving in the Queensland capital.
The railway is the fastest and most cost-efficient way to travel between the Brisbane’s airport and its Central Business District, the Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast.
Soon after the railway opened, Airtrain built a website which served, much as it still does today, as an informational hub and ticketing platform for Airtrain customers and passengers from around the world. But after managing the site with a proprietary Content Management System (CMS) for nearly two decades, Airtrain’s staff decided to take a fresh look at their web presence and enlisted digital agency MyWork for that very task.
