I’ve been involved in WordPress pretty much since its inception. I did web design for a few years before moving to WordPress training with BobWP. The more I got into the education piece, the more I liked it.

Over the years, I tried a few hosting services, bopping from one to another, but it felt like something was missing. I needed more, but I wasn’t sure what that more was. I knew that standard shared hosting didn’t fit the bill.

Then I found WP Engine. My research uncovered some great things: speed, built-in security, backups—features that made selecting WP Engine as a managed WordPress hosting platform a no-brainer.

WP Engine also offered staging. For someone like me, who is always tweaking sites, but doesn’t want to worry about those changes going live immediately, staging is a great option. WP Engine had all of the features I needed wrapped into one platform.

The overall site performance on WP Engine’s platform has been incredible: fantastic uptime, great speed, proactive security.

And then there’s the support. It gives me the peace of mind that I need. When there’s a security issue, someone deals with it. And I have various avenues through which to contact the WP Engine Support Team. I started with email and ticket, but I’ve since become a huge fan of chat.

The WP Engine support team always goes the extra mile. For me, support is all about knowing that things will be taken care of. With WP Engine, I get that. And I get it from WordPress experts. These are people who know WordPress—it’s what they do every day.

I know I can confidently grow my site with WP Engine. WP Engine goes beyond just WordPress hosting–combining a great platform with world-class support.

The bottom line for me: If it’s not broken, I’m not going to fix it.
