Today the Austin Business Journal released its list of 2016 Best Places to Work in Austin and WP Engine was voted the fourth best large company to work for in the city! This is the third consecutive year WP Engine has ranked as a best place to work, and the first time WP Engine has competed in the large business category.

So what qualifies a company as the best to work for? Voting criteria established by the Austin Business Journal included how well employees responded to surveys, with at least 95 percent of the company required to respond in order to qualify for ranking. ABJ also took business intelligence, benefits, company culture, and office perks into account.
