Given its sheer size (the company has more than 23,000 employees across branch offices in 34 countries), communicating new strategies and changes throughout the organization can be a challenge. When the company needed to roll out a new set of guidelines regarding core organizational behaviours and values, FrieslandCampina reached out to Fresh Forces, an Utrecht, Netherlands-based agency that specializes in helping large companies implement changes within their organizations.
