WP Engine Monthly Report
The WP Engine Monthly Report is an automated service. WP Engine customers. In the report, we provide insight into account activity, innovation updates to our platform, and what we’ve done behind the scenes.
The monthly report is sent to all Owners on the account every month. If you have more than one WP Engine account, we will send a separate report per account. This report is only sent for accounts that have been a customer since at least the first day of the previous month. The reports are triggered after the usage period ends for each account so you may receive the report at different times of the month for different accounts.
Lighthouse Performance
Accounts with a single live production site will see their performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO scores. Accounts with more than one production site on their account will see an average of those scores across all their live sites.
Service Metrics
Key features and protections your hosting plan and add-ons provide to keep your sites running smoothly. If any metrics are not relevant to your account they will be omitted from the report.
- Attacks Blocked
- Number of malicious requests prevented from reaching your site(s) by Global Edge Security and/or Advanced Network.
- Sites on Latest PHP
- Total sites and number of sites on latest PHP version offered at WP Engine.
- Sites Secured
- Number of domains using the Advanced Network and/or Global Edge Security.
- Off-site Storage
- Total storage from previous 30-days of backups. (Backups are not counted towards your plan’s total storage usage.)
- Plugins Updated
- Number of updates performed and average hours saved by Smart Plugin Manager.
Usage Metrics
Usage stats including storage, bandwidth, billable visits.
